When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders from our warehouse within 48 hours, unless there is a different shipping date mentioned in the description of the product you would like to purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number. You will also receive an e-mail or SMS notification from one of our shipping partners with the estimated delivery date (day and time).

Which EU countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Do you ship outside of the EU?

Currently we do not offer shipping to any countries outside the EU.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

If you would like to add more products to your order, we recommend placing a new order on our website. Adding an item or removing an item from an existing order may be possible, but it depends on where your order is at the time you contact us. If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to add or remove an item. Please contact our customer support.
